CPAT is fully staffed, accredited, and credentialed with a workforce that is energetic and experienced and is led by Executive Director and CEO, Loren B. Amsell, Ph.D., NADD-CC, who is a NJ and PA Licensed Psychologist with over 35 years of experience working with individuals with dual diagnosis and emotional difficulties. We provide unparallel services to our individuals in supportive and caring environments.

CPAT is a community-based agency that provides a host of services inclusive of day habilitation, pre-vocational training, supported employment, community-based supports, and community inclusion, as well as standalone and nested behavioral supports. This provides any individual who enroll in our services a comprehensive approach to job training, socialization, and purposefulness in life. Through our program, we offer individuals an opportunity to learn entry-level skills in either the restaurant, or housekeeping industry as well as relevant community and in-house activities that foster learning, achievement, socialization, and self-awareness. If needed, our well-designed, individually tailored, and state-of-the-art interventions are created to assist the individual in improving behavioral and psychological as well as emotional functioning.
